2020 National MathCON Finals

The National MathCON Finals is an amazing event where only the nation’s brightest mathletes qualify to compete against each other.  This year, the Finals will be held on May 9 at the Hilton Chicago on the world famous Magnificent Mile in downtown Chicago, IL.  

Only the top percentile of students that competed in the online MathCON competition are invited to the National Finals.  Registration for the Finals has already begun, and there are limited seats available for each grade level. 

Coordinators for the Online MathCON competition should login to their accounts for information about your students’ scores and registration status. 

Registration for the National MathCON is $99 and includes:

  • Dance to the musical sounds of Dj Ryan 
  • Make new friends from across America and Canada 
  • Be amazed by international entertainer Mike D’Urzo
  • Eat a delicious Chicago Style Lunch
  • Think fast in our Rubik’s Cube Competition
  • Compete on stage in Game 24
  • Speak and ask questions with College Admissions Representatives 
  • Hear the keynote address “Best practices for University Bound Students”,  by Rachel Hirsh from the Illinois Institute of Technology

MathCON 2020 begins promptly at 9am and ends with a celebration by 4pm on Saturday, May 9.

Through its partnership with Hilton Chicago, MathCON secured a discounted room rate for those requiring accommodations on Friday, May 8 and Saturday May 9.  The final day to secure your discounted MathCON rate with Hilton Chicago is April 8.

Admission for the public and all guests is free. Guests are able to pre-purchase lunch through the student registration process or as an individual through April 8, 2020.
